Why didn't I get my code instantly as advertised?

There could be a few reasons:

  • You are a first time buyer or are checking out as a guest.
  • Your account status may not have been updated if you are a return user, in this case contact us.
  • If the product title does not include "instant delivery" then it is not available for instant delivery, however you will still receive your code.
  • If you have not received your code at all, please check your order status in your account area. Product codes will also be displayed there.

All orders unless fraudulent will be emailed within 12 hours of payment, no later!
